A Schedule of Condition is a factual record of the condition of a property, with descriptions and photographs. The report is date-specific so that condition can be assessed at future dates and any variation from the original report can be easily identified.

If you are entering into a new lease for commercial or residential premises we would recommend that you have a full photographic and description schedule of condition carried out before occupation. Our thorough reports record any existing faults and the associated repairs costs prior to a commitment being made and can help with any lease negotiations you may wish to commence. Schedules of condition are also fundamental as they limit your liabilities in respect of the repairs required to be undertaken before the termination of the lease appended to it.​
